- Our distribution warehouse is located in Germany. The delivery time for German orders is 3-5 days, and the delivery time for other countries is 4-10 days.

- GRUNDIG cooperates with DHL, DPD, UPS to provide transportation services for our valued international customers.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDER SHIPPING:
- Combined shipping of separate subscription orders is not currently available.
- Each individual subscription is sent to our fulfillment warehouse as a unique fulfillment request and cannot be combined with other orders. If you would like to combine or make changes to your existing subscriptions, please login to your grundig.shop account, cancel your existing subscription orders and set-up a new subscription that contains all products you would like to receive in one shipment on an ongoing basis.
Return & refund：
- We do not accept merchandise for return unless items are defective, in which case they will be replaced, subject to availability, or refunded at buyers discretion.
